Asphalt Labourer

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our customers asphalt and spray seal crews. Asphalt Supervisors: 5+ years of leadership experience in the Asphalt industry Demonstrated success in managing performance to meet and exceed agreed targets Successful track record with planning, organising and time management Effective supervision of personnel, plant, machinery, and subcontractors on site Asphalt and Spray Seal Operators: Operate all equipment and machinery associated with Asphalt production (Front End Loader, Roller, Paver...) Spreader Driver Understand the operation of Asphalt plants Manage daily prestart and other activities, and ensure all equipment is kept clean and in good working condition Perform general civil laboring duties Essential Skills and Experience: Valid Driver's License - HR Willing to undergo Medical and Drug and Alcohol screen test Availability for weekend work and work away Experience operating heavy equipment (tickets preferred) A strong ‘team player’ with the proven positive attitude to work well with others APPLY NOW TO START IMMEDIATE #J-18808-Ljbffr
