Backed by top-tier investors, Numan is already having a positive impact on hundreds of thousands of patients here in the UK, and we want you to help us deliver this mission The Role As an Associate IT Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our technology infrastructure and ensuring seamless operations across the organisation. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills while working with a diverse range of systems and technologies. You’ll be: First line of support for the end user, both onsite at our operational areas and online for remote employees. Responding to and diagnosing problems through discussions with users; Includes problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution steps. Working with and using a ticket help desk system. Managing user accounts, including creating new users, resetting passwords, and assigning permissions. Escalating tickets to other team members. Creating and maintaining clear documentation for IT processes, system setups, and user guides. Participating in IT projects, such as system upgrades, new software rollouts, and office moves. Working on physical infrastructure (Network cabling, Office cable management, CCTV installations). We’re looking for someone who has: Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, both Mac and Windows. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise in a high-pressure environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues. The ability to absorb and retain information quickly A strong desire to learn new technologies and grow your IT skills. The ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team. A customer-service-oriented mindset and a passion for helping others. Core knowledge of MFA/2FA. It’s a bonus if you have: Network fundamentals (e.g., IP ranges, VLANs, VoIP).
