We are hiring Industrial Health Clinicians to deliver high-quality wellness and injury prevention services to our workforce. This PRN position is based in York, PA, with intermittent coverage available Monday through Friday between 4 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. About Us Unify Health Services is a national, women-owned workers' compensation and disability network. Who You Are You are an Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist Assistant with an active license in the state of Pennsylvania. You are passionate about injury prevention, rehabilitation, and promoting overall wellness in the workplace. What You’ll Do You will provide body mechanics training and job coaching, conduct early intervention and ergonomic assessments, implement work simulation and wellness programs, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver on-site prevention programs, including work simulations and job coaching Engage employees in health initiatives and promote injury prevention strategies Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management to support workplace health Track, analyze, and report program metrics to measure effectiveness Physical Demands Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs Dress Code Professional attire with site-appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Unify Health Services is committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and diverse workplace.
