Market Research Field Executive

Due to increasing growth and expansion QRS has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a market research field executive. QRS will train the successful candidate so no previous experience is necessary but those with experience in the market research industry are also to apply. Starting salary is £25,000 per annum and we offer a wide range of employee benefits. The role will be at our head office in Hertford (SG13 7NN). Hybrid working (3 or 4 office days a week) will be discussed after 12 months of service. A full job description will be provided to candidates invited to an interview, a summary of the key points are below. Project Related Support: Management of the company's iPads, which are used for data collection by our field force. Preparing despatch of work, labelling products, preparing paperwork, packing participant packs and sending to interviewers in an accurate and timely manner. Progress chasing and updating internal project managers. Quality control and ensuring compliance to our quality standards. Closing projects for ISO compliance. Using the Forsta platform to accurately programme questionnaires for use in Online and Offline environments. (Training provided) Work alongside the Field Team to deliver accurate scripting of questionnaires and recruitment screeners. Provide additional layer of support in checking scripts created by other members of the team. Keeping abreast of the technological advancements in the packages we utilise and help to implement innovation. General Office Support: Day to day administrative support to the team, including : Answering the telephone / making calls as required. Typing / preparing documentation as required. Emailing / photocopying. Quality Assurance: Using and maintaining systems and processes to ensure that fieldwork is delivered in accordance with ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 20252:2019 and delivered to the highest standards. Compliance with the MRS Code of Conduct. Any other duties consistent with the level and responsibility of this position as may be required: Provide assistance/support to all departments, as necessary. Skills required: Good IT and technical abilities (with an ability to learn new packages). Good working knowledge of Excel and Word. Accurate typing ability. Well organised, accurate and attentive to detail. Able to work as part of a small team, willing to take on others’ roles / tasks as required. Able to work on a number of tasks simultaneously and to switch priorities. Able to use own initiative and work independently when required. Ability to work under pressure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
