The Senior Manager – Digital Product Management (Developer Productivity Analytics) will lead the strategic vision, development, and implementation of cutting‑edge analytics solutions that empower leaders and engineering teams with actionable insights into developer productivity across all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). This role requires deep partnership with technology teams and systems of record such as Jira, Rally, GitHub, SonarQube, XLR, and ServiceNow, and a focus on data‑driven business decision‑making, productivity improvements, and developer well‑being. Responsibilities Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for Developer Productivity analytics solutions. Drive end‑to‑end product lifecycle processes, including market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements definition, and product launch. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, collaborate with engineering teams on design, architecture, and prioritization across multiple scrum teams, and maintain the product roadmap. Partner with engineers, tech leads, scrum masters, and architects to prioritize capabilities and features for continuous release in an Agile environment. Identify and proactively manage program blocking issues, provide effective escalation management, and balance business needs with technical or operational constraints. Design and implement robust support processes for the analytics solutions and monitor product performance to drive continuous iteration. Serve as the internal subject matter expert for Developer Productivity analytics solutions, facilitate the development of Conversational BI solutions across the organization, and engage with the developer community and internal users to gather feedback. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Experience in Data‑Driven Product Management: Proven track record of leading and scaling data product initiatives at an enterprise level, delivering tangible impact, and designing, developing, and implementing complex analytics solutions in a developer‑centric environment. Strong ability to translate complex data insights into strategic business recommendations and drive measurable business results. Hands‑on experience with SDLC tools such as Rally, Jira, GitHub, SonarQube, Jenkins, GitHub Actions (GHA), XLR, and ServiceNow. Preferred: Strategic thinking, leadership and team management, communication and collaboration, Agile and Scrum proficiency, and relevant product management certifications (CSPO, PSPO, CPM). Optional: Product management certifications (CSPO, PSPO, CPM) and technical skills in programming languages, data warehousing, and UX principles.
