Location: Robinson Way Depot, Telford Way Industrial Estate, Kettering, NN16 8PPClient: North Northamptonshire CouncilPay Rate: £15.84 PAYE / £20.12 UmbrellaHours: 37 hours per weekShift: Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 4:30pmStart Date: 24th November 2025End Date: 15th May 2026Job Type: Temporary – Additional Workload The Role Driving and operating a refuse collection vehicle (HGV) on set routes Working as part of a crew completing daily waste and recycling collections Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle at all times Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects Adhering to all road safety, site safety, and council procedures Essential Requirements Valid HGV licence (Class 2) DVLA web check required Right to Work in the UK CV Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Experience in refuse or local authority driving preferred No DBS required for this role.
