Walsall, United Kingdom Revolve Collective Limited Full time

SEN Support Staff

Location: Various schools across the West Midlands
Contract Type: Temporary to Long-Term (via Revolve Collective)
Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience
Start Date: Ongoing

About the Role

Revolve Collective is seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Support Staff to work across a range of special educational needs (SEN) settings and mainstream schools providing 1:1 and small group support.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced SEN professionals — or those with transferable skills — who are passionate about helping children and young people reach their full potential.

You’ll be working through Revolve Collective initially, with many of our partner schools offering long-term contracts or permanent placements to ensure consistency and stability for their pupils.

Key Responsibilities

* Support children and young people with a range of additional needs, including autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.

* Provide 1:1 or small-group support within SEN schools or mainstream settings.

* Encourage independence, confidence, and engagement through tailored strategies.

* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support teams to promote inclusive learning.

* Adapt to different age groups and learning environments with empathy and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

* Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs in the UK (school, residential, or support setting).

* A driver with access to a vehicle is highly desirable due to school locations.

* Flexibility to work across different key stages (preferred but not essential).

* A calm, resilient, and nurturing approach to supporting learners.

* Transferable experience in areas such as sport, drama, mental health, social care, or behaviour support is highly valued.

Why Join Revolve Collective?

* Work with a supportive and experienced education agency that understands SEN.

* Access to a variety of roles across mainstream and specialist settings.

* Long-term and permanent opportunities available — many schools prefer to offer ongoing placements for consistency.

* Ongoing support, feedback, and development from our team.

Interested?

If you’re passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs, we’d love to hear from you.
