What Success Looks Like in this Role Deliver high‑quality geotechnical solutions from concept through to construction Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and contractors Approach every challenge with curiosity, confidence, and a desire to learn What You’ll Be Doing You’ll play a key role in a growing, energetic geotechnical team – getting hands‑on and leading technical input across exciting and diverse projects in the UK and internationally. Your work will span the whole project lifecycle, including: Desk studies, ground investigations, and site supervision Geotechnical analysis and design (foundations, retaining structures, slopes, earthworks) Reporting, risk assessment, and solution‑focused engineering Regular site visits and short periods of site‑based work Expect variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a visible impact from day one. What You’ll Bring You’ll bring a passion for geotechnics and: A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a geotechnical discipline 2+ years’ experience in consultancy and working toward Chartership Experience managing & supervising ground investigations Working knowledge of UK design codes (including EC7) and geotechnical design practice A willingness to travel and engage in site‑based work A full driving licence What We Offer Inclusive Culture – Bring your authentic self to work every day.
