You might be an experienced Paralegal, studying, nearly qualified or newly qualified with a background in property (residential or commercial real estate).This is not just any legal role — this is a chance to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into the legal lifeblood of the countryside. You have drafted TP1's and work on your own files.You might be an experienced Paralegal, studying, nearly qualified or newly qualified with a background in property (residential or commercial real estate).🌾What You will Be Doing:Supporting clients with land transactions, tenancies, renewables, estate planning, and more.Helping preserve the future of farming through our bespoke Farm Futures service.Working on everything from easements to diversification projects, claw back agreements, and unregistered land.We do not dabble in agricultural, farming and rural matters.
