Job Details Band: Band 4 – Salary: £27,485 to £30,162 per annum. Contract: Permanent. Working pattern: Full‑time. Reference number: 236-BCO-CS463-25-PS. Job locations: Prestwich District Nursing Team, Heathlands Village, Bury, M25 9SB. Responsibilities Undertake specific patient care within the District Nursing Team as delegated by the Registered Nurse. Work as part of the clinical team involved in planning, developing and evaluating programmes of care for the population. Carry out clinical skills using evidence‑based practice under the guidance and direction of the registered professional. Perform a range of duties involving direct service users, with or without supervision, as instructed by registered team members. Provide a full driving licence and vehicle access for work purposes. Qualifications and Skills Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC Register. Understanding of the NMC Code and the scope of the Nursing Associate role, including revalidation requirements. Knowledge of when to seek advice, escalation and following procedures and treatment plans. Ability to organise and prioritise delegated workload and manage an unpredictable workload. Effective written, verbal and non‑verbal communication with patients, relatives, carers and multidisciplinary team. High standards of record keeping, reflective practice and clinical supervision. Positive approach to work, capacity to work with colleagues at all levels, and a compassionate, caring attitude.
