The successful School Receptionist will provide professional front-of-house services and support various administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone with reception or customer-facing experience who wishes to represent the school as the first point of contact. What will the role involve? Meeting and greeting visitors, pupils, parents, and stakeholders Booking training courses and arranging travel Inputting student data into a bespoke system Preparing agendas for meetings and taking minutes Managing diaries for the Deputy Heads Assisting with the coordination of trips and excursions Acting as fire warden and helping prepare for after-school clubs Who are we looking for? Previous experience in a people-facing role, reception, or customer service Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Emotional maturity and a common-sense approach Smart and friendly appearance What’s in it for you?
