Stock Optimisation Business Project Manager - (Stock Allocation and Replenishment) Primark is recruiting a Project Manager to lead the Stock Optimisation pillar of its Product Model Programme. Job Description What You'll Do as a Stock Optimisation Business Project Manager Champion the project within the business, driving engagement and buy in from stakeholders. Ensure business requirements are accurately captured and translated into system design and processes. Manage multiple work streams and projects simultaneously and understand project priorities in relation to the overall deliverables, including handover to service on successful project delivery. Manage day‑to‑day operational aspects of projects, including communications to team, stakeholders and executives, developing and agreeing the communication plan. Validate that the implemented solutions meet the defined business requirements and objectives. Identify and mitigate risks related to business operations, including disruption during implementation. Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing between the technical team and business units to align technical solutions with business objectives. Vendor management including meeting targets and timelines. Qualifications What You'll Bring 5+ years of Project Management experience. Experience of working with retail systems is advantageous. Strong knowledge of project management methods and tools, formal qualifications desirable. Experience in delivering large scale projects involving multiple business and Technology streams.
