The PMO function plays a critical role in driving value across the highest-priority initiatives, fostering exceptional collaboration between Product, Technology, and Data teams to ensure seamless execution and success within an agile environment.**About the role:** This is an Excellent opportunity to join Cirium’s Programme Management Office as a Senior Project Manager based in the UK. The role is hybrid with 2 days required in the office in either London or Southampton. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and programmes within a global technology organisation, coupled with the emotional intelligence to adapt beyond conventional project management methodologies when needed to maximise the value delivery.**Responsibilities:*** Managing projects that require engagement with internal and external stakeholders* Contract / relationship management* Preparing and presenting information to win new bids.* managing large scale, externally focused projects* Managing projects that require output from scrum engineering team(s).* Management of complex dependency management across multiple squads and cross functional areas.* Partnering with other project stakeholders to resolve issues, adapt plan where necessary and to mitigate project impacts.* Presenting complex project information at a high level to a senior executive audience**Requirements:*** Lead programmes involving engineering squads, product teams, architects, and data specialists.* Navigate complex projects through uncertainty, proactively identifying risks and communicating progress clearly.* Present high-level project updates to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.* Manage dependencies across multiple teams and ensure alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.* Oversee project financials, tracking forecasts and actuals.* Adapt project management approaches to suit the needs of each initiative.* Champion continuous improvement and value-driven delivery.* Foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and build strong stakeholder relationships.* Provide leadership and support to team members, including line management responsibilities.**Working for you:**We know that your wellbeing and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
