Lecturer – Health & Social Care – Kingston College Join to apply for the Lecturer – Health & Social Care role at Kingston College This range is provided by Kingston College. Responsibilities Teach courses across a range of levels including Level 2 & 3 BTEC’s, T-Level and Level 4 and 5 HNC/D. Design engaging coursework assignments through a range of assessment methods. Follow agreed schemes of work, assessment schedules and student monitoring procedures to ensure students meet and exceed target grades. Participate in internal verification activities and organise and take part in external verification. Use new technologies to enhance teaching and learning, be receptive to new ideas and initiatives with a creative approach to problem solving. Qualifications A degree or relevant professional qualifications in a Health & Social Care subject. A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one). Excellent teaching skills in Health & Social Care programmes. Relevant and appropriate industry experience in Health & Social Care. Awareness of academic quality standards, participation in recent and relevant continuous professional development. Good planning, preparation, organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure to agreed deadlines.
