Then this could be your next roleYou’ll be working in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment and ensuring that Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Standards are always met, while effectively set up a wide range of machinery in both packing and manufacturing areas. Along with undertaking routine site maintenance work.We’re looking for someone who is flexible and adaptable to changing production needs with excellent problem-solving ability.This role also has the requirement for occasional out of hours work and paid overtime.Rotating Shifts – 5 : 45 am to 2 : 00 pm / 1 : 55 pm to 10 : 10 pm – 40 hrs per week.Main ResponsibilitiesSet up machinery on packing lines to specified requirements, including fillers, hoppers, labellers and shrink wrap machines to ensure efficiency and quality in packing of products.Support the set-up of manufacturing machines when required, such as tablet presses and capsule machines to ensure efficiency and quality of manufacture.Lead clean downs of packing and manufacturing machinery, including, stripping machinery and parts (fillers, hoppers etc.) and resetting the cartoners, labellers, shrink wrap machines ready for new products or batches.Perform routine PPM (planned preventative maintenance) schedules as required.Identify and solve day to day machine setting problems.Perform duties as required from the maintenance non urgent job list.What you’ll need to succeed in the roleAt STADA we talk about diversity as Uniqueness.
