Ensuring a smooth, engaging and efficient recruitment process from job posting through to offer stage.Responsibilities will include :Post job adverts for apprentice vacancies across the Chubb careers page and external job boardsManage candidate applicationsReview CVs and screen for eligibility in line with programme requirementsAdd eligible candidates to our video interviewing platform, ensuring a seamless candidate experienceSupport TABP to review candidate video interviews to assess candidate suitability for each vacancyLiaise with hiring managers to coordinate interview / assessment daysSupport the delivery of a positive, inclusive candidate experience that reflects the Chubb company valuesSupport TABP and hiring managers through the offer processEnsure correct approvals in place, and facilitate candidate acceptanceSupport with pre-employment checks and background screening in line with company policyEnsure compliance with internal policies, employment legislation and DEI commitmentsWhat we would like you to bring to the role :The ideal candidate will have previous experience in recruitment / talent acquisition administration or a similar roleYou will have : Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable mannerConfident with systems including Microsoft packages with the ability to quickly learn recruitment tools such as Applicant Tracking System and video interviewing technologyAbility to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong team player with the ability to contribute to team goals and continuous improvement initiativesExperience supporting apprentice or early careers recruitment would be beneficialKnowledge of candidate background vetting processes is desirableJoin us and become part of a team committed to building great leaders.
