Matthew’s House – Volunteer & Project Co‑ordinator Salary: £25,650 Pro RataHours: Two days per weekLocation: SwanseaContract: 24 months initially, with potential for permanency Matthew’s House is a dedicated home for the most vulnerable in Swansea, providing hospitality, hope, meals and companionship. This role is central to our mission, ensuring that our volunteers are supported, trained and inspired to deliver the best care to guests. Key Responsibilities Build and nurture relationships with volunteers, guests and partners. Recruit, support and encourage volunteers; coordinate training and development. Help maintain the culture and values that make Matthew’s House feel like home. Assist in running day‑to‑day operations, ensuring smooth delivery of care and services. Represent Matthew’s House to external stakeholders, fostering community engagement. Qualifications & Personal Attributes Loves people and thrives on strong relationships.
