Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) – Farnborough We’re partnering with a successful and expanding financial planning firm in Farnborough that is looking to bring on an ambitious Independent Financial Adviser. This is an exciting growth role that gives you the platform, support and autonomy to build your own client base — with clear progression and strong earning potential. The Role You’ll join a supportive and well-structured environment where your development truly matters. For the first phase, you’ll be in the office four days a week while you get up to speed, build momentum and begin shaping your growth plan. As soon as you’re up and running and meeting clients regularly, the firm offers full flexibility. You won’t inherit a client bank immediately, but you will have opportunities over time through the firm’s consolidator activity. Once you validate your income or build a strong pipeline, paraplanning and admin support will be introduced to help you focus more of your time on advising. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver high-quality independent financial advice to a broad range of clients Build and execute a simple and effective business development plan Manage your own paraplanning initially (with support added once validated) Develop long-term client relationships based on trust and strong financial planning Take an active role in driving the growth of the Farnborough office What We’re Looking For Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential) CAS is a bonus — but strong non-CAS advisers will be considered Experience advising clients with investments typically around £150k+ Someone excited by a growth role and motivated by building a client base Confident communicator with a commercial, client-centred approach Background with SJP will be considered What’s on Offer Salary up to £70k (up to £75k for exceptional profiles) Commission structure with 25% bonus once you hit 1.2x validation Real long-term progression, including potential leadership opportunities Paraplanning and admin support introduced once validated Flexibility once you are established and regularly meeting clients Senior level and other details: Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Finance Industries: Financial Services and Investment Banking If you’re an ambitious adviser who wants autonomy, progression and the chance to truly grow something — we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
