Responsibilities The candidate will manage the oversight of key suppliers, deliver a wide‑ranging programme of change activity, liaise with all parties and stakeholders, and ensure high levels of service and maintain risks and controls. Qualifications Strong understanding of transfer agency operations, fund structures, and third‑party oversight. Proven ability to manage change and deliver operational improvements. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills, including MI reporting and risk management. Industry experience, with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing workloads in a deadline‑oriented environment. Industry‑related qualifications (e.g., IOC or IMC) are helpful.
