The Role: You will be responsible for supporting classroom teachers in providing the best support possible to students ranging in the ages 11-16 years old, with various SEN and behavioural difficulties such as ADHD, ADD, ASD, CD, MLD, OCD, ODD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties and other behavioural needs. With modern facilities for departments such as Science, IT, Cookery, Art and Health & Fitness, and class sizes no more than 8 pupils, there is great opportunity to build amazing relationships with the pupils – allowing staff to meet individual needs and aspirations.
