Core Group are looking for a Site Manager to Join a leading Tier 1 construction contractor recognised for delivering high-quality fit out and refurbishment projects across commercial, education & healthcare sectors. The Role We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations on high-profile fit out and refurbishment projects. This role would suit a hands‑on, organised, and safety‑focused professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can manage stakeholders with confidence. Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to high quality standards Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and enforce WHS policies Monitor progress, prepare site reports, and maintain project documentation Liaise closely with the Project Manager regarding scheduling, risks and design queries Ensure compliance with Tier 1 quality, safety, and environmental management systems Proactively resolve on-site issues and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Site Manager within fit out and/or refurbishment projects (Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience preferred) Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and WHS regulations Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and tight project timeframes Trade background or relevant construction qualifications highly regarded What’s on Offer Opportunity to work with a leading Tier 1 contractor Working Hours 07:15 to 5:00 £290 – £300 Per Day Supportive team culture and strong focus on professional development Involvement in landmark fitout and refurbishment projects How to Apply If you’re a driven Site Manager looking to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
