The Juice Plus+ Company is a multi-million-dollar competitor in the health and wellness industry, utilising a unique combination of direct sales and e-commerce to market our carefully curated line of plant-based nutritional products in pursuit of our mission to “Inspire Healthy Living Around the World.”

Owing to change, we have a truly exciting opportunity at junior level for an enthusiastic, commercially astute Business Development Specialist to work with our independent Partners assisting them in optimising their business activity leading to increased sales. You will be fully trained in all you need to know.

Your day to day

  1. Advise, guide, and educate Partners on all elements of the Compensation Plan, Incentives, and Promotions to drive growth in businesses.
  2. Work alongside the Regional Director to develop and support the creation of training sessions to support the Partners both in-person and online, tracking business performance and impact/return on investment for the company.
  3. Monitor sales, volume data, and trends, and propose corrective measures if necessary.
  4. Continuously follow up on Leader progress, coaching for success; outline specific monthly plans for achieving goals, coordinated with corporate activities.
  5. Capture and share “Best Practices” with field leaders, Regional and EMEA Business Development teams.
  6. Generate social engagement via social media platforms and partner activity groups.
  7. Attend National Conventions and Leader events/meetings in person and online, to develop engagement and identify training needs.
  8. Analyse (internal and external) market data and trends and derive and recommend appropriate measures and actions.
  9. Ensure Partners are operating appropriately within the company Compliance Guidelines.

You will bring

  1. Good standard of education (ideally graduate (Business related degree) or of graduate calibre).
  2. Approximately 2+ years experience (ideally) within a similar Business Development, Sales, Customer Service or Marketing related role, or with strong potential to excel within this area.
  3. Skilled at working individually & within an (inter)national team-oriented, collaborative environment with a proactive attitude.
  4. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills and empathetic ability to communicate effectively both internally and with our Partners (public speaking skills would be advantageous).
  6. Flexible and adaptable with a ‘can-do’ attitude; pro-active and creative approach to problem solving.
  7. Flexibility around work hours - Some weekend work is required.
  8. Charismatic with the ability to be the centre of positive energy and creativity.
  9. Strong analytical skills to understand the story behind the data, draw conclusions and propose appropriate measures.
  10. A genuine interest in healthy living, nutrition, and lifestyle.
