Overview Electrical Shift Engineer - Wembley - £47,000 + Overtime. Location: Wembley. Shift Pattern: 4 ON, 4 OFF (Days & Nights). Responsibilities Perform daily electrical PPM and reactive maintenance tasks. Respond to emergency callouts efficiently and in line with company standards. Carry out all electrical work including lighting, wiring, alarm systems, BMS, and more. Handle minor plumbing duties, such as toilets, drainage, tiling, and sinks. Demonstrate strong knowledge of HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators, LV systems) and perform fault-finding tasks. Work with BMS head-end controls and HVAC plant, including VAV/VRV systems. Manage water treatment tasks and maintain high standards across all technical services. Essential Qualifications & Experience City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent). Minimum of 3 years' experience in building services maintenance. Proven knowledge and experience working with electrical systems, HVAC, and BMS controls. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
