Job Description: The ERP Project & Program Manager leads and manages the full lifecycle of ERP projects, including blueprint, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet scope requirements. The manager provides leadership to cross-functional teams, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and establishes effective reporting and communication channels. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the entire ERP project lifecycle, including SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics implementations. Define, set, and actively manage delivery schedule, budget, and scope. Implement change control processes to manage scope creep. Identify potential risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and develop mitigation strategies. Act as the escalation point for critical project issues. Coordinate activities of internal staff, consultants, and external vendors to ensure seamless collaboration. Provide functional and technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project teams. Allocate and manage internal and external resources across parallel workstreams. Act as primary liaison between project teams, business units, and executive stakeholders. Build and maintain trust‑based client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring contractual obligations are met. Establish and implement effective reporting cycles, providing transparent updates on performance, budget, and KPIs. Requirement/Must Have: Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Experience with ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills. Ability to manage outsourced service providers. Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution. Skills: Project & program management. Resource allocation and cross‑functional coordination. Budget, scope, and schedule management. Reporting and KPI tracking. Client relationship management. Qualification And Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field required. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
