Responsibilities You will be supporting the Project teams to create project plans and control baselines as well as recording, verifying and reporting on project progress. Collating programme performance metrics from various data sources to report against cost, schedule, milestone delivery, and other key performance indicators. Performing trend analysis of programme KPIs and deep‑dive activity to enrich programme performance information. Presenting programme performance data and analysis to the Senior Project Manager or Control Account Manager, advising root‑cause analysis and recommended actions to correct programme performance issues. Providing support to the Project Manager to manage cost, schedule, and quality with associated data and metrics where required. Assisting with the monthly Estimate At Completion (EAC) and resource profiling processes. Supporting the management of risk and opportunity activity where required. Comprehensive experience and knowledge of Project Control policies, processes, procedures, and systems. Working knowledge of industry Project Controls toolsets e.g. Primavera, Microsoft Project, SAP, Predict. Experience with Intermediate Risk and Opportunity Management. Qualifications Practical application of business information toolsets/data analytics e.g. Tableau, Microsoft Power BI. Experience/knowledge in Baseline Control, Cost Estimating/Engineering, Resource Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Analysis or Financial Management within project environments.
