We currently have an opening for a Corporate Finance Manager/Senior Manager to join our Corporate Finance team.The RoleCorporate Finance Manager/Senior Manager – LeedsPurpose Of The Role / Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate successful delivery of corporate strategy assignments in conjunction with corporate finance transactionsLead the provision of high quality corporate finance advice to clients across all types of corporate finance transactionsProject manage corporate finance transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, due diligence, share valuations and fundraisingWith support from Partners and Senior Managers, deliver high quality corporate finance advice to clients across all types of corporate finance transactionsPrepare proposal documents for Partner reviewDevelop comprehensive knowledge of corporate finance advisory work, procedures, processes and techniquesDemonstrate working knowledge and experience of financial modelling and ability to review models and advise staff and clients accordinglyPerform detailed work as may be required, particularly work of an advanced technical nature, and produce detailed advice and recommendations, with due regard to riskProduce and present high quality reports, presentations and analysis for meetings and external distributionDemonstrate a comprehensive knowledge and experience of executing corporate finance transactionsDemonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of accounting practices and financial analysisUtilise existing knowledge and further develop sector specialisms, using market knowledge and contacts to undertake deal initiation activities to support the department business development activitiesExperience And Skill Set Required For The RoleAccountancy qualification, such as ICAS or equivalentPrevious experience of working in a similar roleExpertise in technical compliance and advisory workExperience of working to tight deadlinesExperience of handling a client portfolio with strong client engagementExperience of managing teamsExperience of networking and business developmentAAB Group is an equal opportunity employer.
