The Role We are currently seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to join our supply team and support pupils across a range of Primary schools. This is a fantastic opportunity if you re looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to gain valuable experience in different school settings. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils with a variety of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH). Provide 1:1 and small group support to help children access learning and achieve their potential. Assist the class teacher in adapting lessons and resources to meet individual needs. Promote positive behaviour, independence, and inclusion within the classroom. Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to support pupil progress. About You We re looking for individuals who are: Passionate about supporting children with SEN. Adaptable, reliable, and confident working in different classroom settings. Patient, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with pupils. Experienced in working with SEN in a school or childcare setting (desirable, but not essential).
