What you'll be doing As a Graduate Civil Engineer, your job is like helping plan and construct things like roads, bridges, and buildings. You’ll work on‑site and in the office, learning how to design, build, and maintain these structures whilst ensuring everything is built correctly and safely. Who we're looking for For graduates with a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, our programme offers formal training and on‑the‑job learning, with a strong focus on career progression and growth opportunities. It’s designed to help you transition into your chosen field and build a successful career path. To be eligible, you must obtain a minimum 2:2 Honours degree before starting the role. This role involves regular site‑based visits, including travel on‑site and between locations. Before joining Balfour Beatty, you must hold a full UK driver’s licence.
