OverviewA design-led, multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking a proactive Project Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit team in Leicester. Specialising in the education sector, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of projects ranging from £100k to £10m, including refurbishments, new builds, feasibility studies, and the delivery of brand-new sports halls. The role offers hybrid working (ideally within 40 minutes of the office) with a converted barn workspace and flexibility for site visits and one day per week remote working.This role is ideal for a Project Quantity Surveyor looking to work on meaningful projects within the education sector, while enjoying a supportive, team-oriented environment.ResponsibilitiesAs Project Quantity Surveyor you will work closely with in-house Architects and Building Surveyors, taking a leading role in cost control, project delivery, and client engagement. You’ll be supported in your development, whether you’re already Chartered or working towards MRICS status.
