This is a full-time role with an immediate start, working with students aged 16–18 years. Position: Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant Location: Poole Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday Contract: Full-time, long-term with potential for permanent opportunities Start Date: Immediate You will be supporting students with SEN needs, focusing on behaviour management and tailored learning strategies. This role involves working closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive and engaging learning environment for secondary-aged learners. To be successful in this role, you should have: Minimum of 6 months’ experience in childcare or education, particularly supporting children or young people with SEN needs. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to behaviour support. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
