Global Managing Director
Overview Location: London, UK (Global scope – working with teams in Australia, US, and Asia) Reports to: CEO & Founders About Réalisation Par Réalisation Par is an internationally recognised fashion brand with a strong creative vision and a growing global presence. Founded by two visionary creatives, the brand has built a distinctive identity that resonates across digital and physical retail spaces, with stores in the UK and Australia and a loyal global community. We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Global Managing Director / Global General Manager to work directly with the CEO in London to scale the business, strengthen operations, and ensure the right resources, people, and processes are in place to drive sustainable and profitable growth. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity to help shape the next chapter of Realisation Par’s evolution — preserving its creative DNA while building the operational and commercial foundation for long-term global success, including the hands-on implementation of global expansion initiatives and entry into new territories. Key to success in this role is being a true “do-er” — a leader who drives implementation, turns ideas into action, and serves as the operational support system of the business. The Global Managing Director / General Manager will play a critical role in relieving pressure from the co-founders and CEO, enabling them to focus on what they do best: creativity, brand direction, and product vision. The successful candidate must also be comfortable working across multiple time zones — collaborating fluidly with teams in Australia, the US, and Asia as part of a global, fast-moving environment. Role Overview The Global Managing Director will act as the CEO’s right hand and the co-founders strategic partner, responsible for translating the creative vision into operational and commercial reality. This role requires a highly organised, commercially minded, and hands-on leader who can balance day-to-day execution with long-term scaling strategies. The GMD / GGM will function as the gatekeeper for CEO communications and strategic direction across the organisation — ensuring clarity, accountability, and alignment among all global teams. Working closely with the CEO in London, and collaboratively with the Director of Operations and Financial Controller based in Australia, the Global Managing Director / General Manager will help shape and implement Réalisation Par’s next phase of growth: strengthening global structure, enhancing profitability, improving cash flow, and embedding systems and processes that support sustainable expansion — all while preserving the brand’s creativity and authenticity. This role requires flexibility and enthusiasm to work across international time zones, maintaining strong collaboration and communication with global teams. Key Responsibilities Strategic Execution & Growth Partner closely with the CEO to drive the execution of the founders’ vision. Identify and implement opportunities to scale operations globally while preserving brand integrity. Ensure the right team structures, resources, and systems are in place to support growth across multiple regions. Lead execution of business strategy and deliver strong commercial and operational performance. Build organisational structures, processes, and reporting frameworks to support profitable scaling. Maintain alignment between creative direction and commercial outcomes. Operational Leadership Act as the primary channel for CEO communication and direction, ensuring alignment and accountability across global teams. Oversee and refine day-to-day business operations across London, Australia, the US, and Asia. Work closely with the Director of Operations (Australia) to optimise management systems, introduce new communication programs, and lead operational efficiency initiatives across teams. Be proactive and flexible in working across various time zones to ensure consistent communication, collaboration, and delivery across global teams. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure operational consistency and scalability. Implement and oversee programs for stock management, inventory control, and demand forecasting to optimise supply chain performance. Introduce and manage AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency in operations, reporting, and customer experience. Establish and maintain cross-departmental workflow and project management tools (e.g., Asana or similar) to ensure timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables are met across teams. Monitor business performance through KPIs, reporting, and analysis; identify risks and opportunities for improvement. People & Culture Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams across all regions. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and creativity aligned with Realisation Par’s values. Strengthen communication between creative, commercial, and operational teams. Support the evolution of the organisation’s structure to meet the needs of a growing business. Financial & Commercial Management Work closely with the Financial Controller (Australia) on cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and group P&L performance. Drive profitability through effective resource allocation and operational efficiency. Maintain oversight of working capital and inventory levels. Lead negotiations with suppliers, partners, and distributors to secure favourable commercial outcomes. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, tax, and operational requirements in each jurisdiction. Support capital raise or financing initiatives as required. Key Skills & Experience Proven track record as a Managing Director, General Manager, or senior commercial leader in an international fashion, retail, or e-commerce business. Strong operational leadership experience and ability to scale global operations. Deep commercial acumen with experience managing full P&L accountability. Skilled in supply chain management, stock optimisation, and use of ERP systems. Experience implementing technology and AI-driven tools to improve visibility, reporting, and performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to partner closely with creative founders. Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership. Highly adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working across global time zones. Experience with capital raising or investor engagement is advantageous. Summary This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for a commercially strong, globally minded, and operationally focused executive to help lead one of the most distinctive global fashion brands into its next chapter. Working directly with the CEO in London, and collaboratively with the operations and finance teams in Australia, the Global Managing Director / Global General Manager will bring structure, growth, and profitability to Réalisation Par — ensuring it scales sustainably while maintaining its creative DNA and global appeal. #J-18808-Ljbffr
