Key Account Manager – Energy Transition & Decarbonisation 📍 UK-based | 🌍 Global Travel Required About the Role We’re seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to join our expanding global sales team. You’ll be at the forefront of supporting energy transition sectors, working with industries such as : Oil & Gas Power Generation Carbon Capture Hydrogen Generation & Storage Waste-to-X Power Grid Renewable Heating Your focus will be on developing new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, and delivering sustainable, profitable results. What You’ll Do Manage and grow a defined portfolio of key accounts within your sector focus. Build strong, long-term client relationships while identifying new business opportunities. Interpret customer technical requirements (specifications, drawings, standards) and propose effective solutions. Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and bid documentation to secure new projects. Collaborate with engineering, project management, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure delivery excellence. Support marketing initiatives aimed at driving growth in targeted sectors. Travel within the UK and internationally to attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events. What We’re Looking For 3+ years’ experience in Key Account Management or Engineering / Applications roles within relevant energy or industrial sectors. Proven track record in sales of technical or engineered products (e.g., pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, storage tanks, modular skids, acoustic & filtration equipment). Strong knowledge of the UK & EU market and working practices. Background in engineering / manufacturing with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Commercial awareness, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability. Qualifications Diploma or higher in Business, Engineering, or Manufacturing (degree preferred). Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel. Why Join Us?
