Sales Executive - Exciting Opportunity Location: Poole Salary: £28,000 Industry: Engineering We are working with a growing business seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting customers, and driving sales growth. Role Overview As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and supporting the sales process across a range of products. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are handled efficiently and customers receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Process quotations and orders accurately via phone, email and live chat, ensuring timely completion. Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries politely and efficiently. Make proactive outbound calls to manage accounts, generate leads, and explore new business opportunities. Advise customers on products to help meet their requirements and maximise sales potential. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure quotes and orders are accurate and meet customer needs. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products during the sales process. Maintain organised sales records and perform general sales administration tasks. Work towards personal and team sales targets, contributing to a positive team environment. What We're Looking For A customer-focused, organised, and motivated individual. Strong communication skills and confidence in making outbound calls. Ability to learn about a wide range of products and provide knowledgeable guidance to customers. A team player who can also work independently to meet targets.
