Tesco Colleague – Phone Shops – Springhill 2 Location: Bangor, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom Company: Tesco Join the phone shop team and help customers discover the best mobile solutions and accessories. Pay: Starts from £12.87 an hour. Additional payments may apply depending on location. Working hours: Minimum guaranteed 16 hours per week. If you prefer, you can work as few as 12 hours per week. Availability windows: Sunday: 13:00 – 18:00 Thursday: 10:00 – 19:00 We schedule contracted hours within these windows and provide a 3‑week notice of exact shifts. Responsibilities Deliver a great shopping trip for customers every day, following all opening and closing routines. Ensure facilities are in good working order and available for customers. Listen to and act on customer feedback. Create a positive impression, role‑model great standards of dress, and be ready to serve. Follow the service culture, demonstrating helpful, friendly behaviours and enthusiasm. Protect the legal brand by delivering legal compliance and demonstrating due diligence. Support the manager to control costs, deliver budgets, maintain stock records and prepare for stock control routines. Qualifications & Skills Passion for delivering great service and greeting customers with a smile. Drive and motivation to work in a sales and service environment. Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment. Interest in the latest technology. Ability to build relationships with colleagues, creating team spirit, having fun and celebrating success. Accurate and punctual, well‑presented, and ready to be a brand ambassador.
