Location: The Lygon Arms, Broadway, Worcestershire, WR12 7DU, UK. Responsibilities Assist the Head Chef during service, guaranteeing the highest standards in dish preparation. Collaborate seamlessly with the brigade across all meal services: breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner. Engage with the sous chef and head chef to explore innovative improvements in dishes and service. Present dishes that always exemplify outstanding taste, texture, and quality. Lead the brigade by setting a standard of excellence in every facet of your work. Maintain meticulous attention to detail and effective communication with the team. Qualifications & Requirements Relevant experience at the Chef de Partie level is highly desirable.
