Patient Advisor - FTC Salary: £24,870 Location: Bath We have the opportunity for a Patient Advisor to join our Business Development team at Sulis Hospital on a fixed term contract. Your mission will be to respond to enquiries over the phone and online by providing accurate information about our services. You’ll need to be a confident patient‑focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data and present it in a timely and professional manner. Experience in a patient‑facing environment would be a real advantage. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships are essential to the role. Contract: 37.5 hours per week – 13 months fixed term contract, Monday to Friday. Applications will be assessed and responded to as they are received. We reserve the right to bring forward the closing date if sufficient applications are received.
