What you’ll be doing 🚀 Leading end-to-end delivery of large, complex digital and web development projects—from brief to launch. 🤝 Acting as a senior partner to clients: shaping scopes, supporting pitches, and deepening long‑term relationships. 📈 Working closely with agency leadership to onboard new projects and support growth across the business. 👥 Guiding and motivating Digital Client Managers and freelance specialists. 💼 Owning project commercials—budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring strong profitability across accounts. 📊 Reporting on performance, KPIs and learnings, and identifying opportunities to optimise. What you’ll bring 🎯 Expert project management skills across a range of platforms, technologies, and delivery approaches. 🧭 Confident leadership—able to inspire internal teams and external partners while managing multiple projects at pace. 🖥️ Strong technical grounding: understanding development workflows and CMS platforms (WordPress, Umbraco), and communicating technical detail simply. 🤝 Senior‑level client management skills, with the ability to build trusted, strategic relationships. 🧩 Solid UX and design knowledge, enabling effective collaboration with design teams. 📈 Analytic ability with hands‑on experience using GA, GTM, and performance measurement tools. 🧰 Fluency with digital tools including Trello, Jira, Confluence, Figma and Adobe XD. 🧘 Calm, constructive problem‑solving—especially under pressure. 💷 Strong commercial awareness around forecasting, budgeting and profitability.
