At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit a part time In Store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Folkestone store on a fixed term basis until February 2026. 12 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.21. Immediate start is available. Shift Pattern Sunday: Day off Monday: 13:00 to 15:00 Tuesday: 13:00 to 15:00 Wednesday: 13:00 to 15:00 Thursday: 13:00 to 15:00 Friday: 13:00 to 15:00 Saturday: 13:00 to 15:00 You will also have some opportunity to increase your hours through overtime. Responsibilities Operating machinery Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean. Clean toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or even oven canopies during store hours. Clean outside areas such as trolley bays, keeping them free of leaves and debris. Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied. Requirements Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on‑the‑job training will be supplied. An eye for detail and cleanliness. A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service. Please note that you will need to provide a smartphone that has NFC capability to access our Arcus Connect App that we use for recording time and attendance.
