Overview We are recruiting for a Housekeeper who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients. 5A are looking for a full time housekeeper to join the team, we are an ENT, Plastics and general female surgical ward. We are a busy ward and we are a close team. Responsibilities The post holder will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You are expected to adhere to proper food handling. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure that all areas meet health and safety standards. You will work closely with medical staff to support patient care by providing a hygienic setting that promotes recovery and well-being. The housekeeper will serve patient meals and support hydration and nutrition on the ward. Stocking cupboards and supporting the patients with food choices, ensuring the cleanliness of the ward kitchen environment. Ensuring stock orders are completed in a timely manner. Assist in monitoring and maintaining cleaning standards on the ward. Carry out monitoring of service delivery related to cleaning, food, linen and the environment whilst on duty.
