Responsibilities AHR Services Manager is required to join the newly formed HR Services Team. The successful candidate will lead the team, ensuring delivery of a comprehensive HR advisory service to NHS Lothian via the HR Services help desk. The team provides expert HR advice, guidance and support across the organisation in relation to all HR policies, procedures and terms and conditions, and is responsible for a range of transactional HR services including honorary contracts, secondments, and redeployment. Qualifications A successful candidate should have significant experience in an HR role and specialist knowledge of NHS policy and terms and conditions, plus experience working in a demanding, user‑led service with the ability to persuade and influence managers, employees and professional organisational representatives. Strong interpersonal, influencing, and problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure will be essential.
