As Early Careers Business Partner, you’ll lead the design and delivery of innovative programmes for apprentices, graduates, undergraduates, and interns. What You’ll Do… Design and deliver impactful learning and development programmes. Partner with HR and business leaders to align initiatives with workforce planning. Champion diversity and inclusion across all early careers pathways. Support line managers with coaching, performance management, and succession planning. Drive early careers recruitment and onboarding processes. Our ideal candidate will have… 2 years minimum experience in an Early Careers Business Partner (or similar) role within a large business. Strong understanding of how to run effective, inclusive, and varied early careers programmes (ranging from level 3 apprenticeships, internships, summer placements, industrial placements, to graduate level). Previously designed and delivered early careers programmes. Knowledge of HR best practice and employment law regarding Early Careers. Ability to thrive in complex, fast changing environments. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Passion for supporting people at the start of their careers. Strong English and maths literacy. Sizewell C is one of the most exciting and largest new megaprojects in the UK, constructing a 3.2‑gigawatt nuclear power station on the Suffolk coast. The project aims to provide low‑carbon electricity for at least 60 years and support approximately 7% of the UK’s current electricity needs.
