Maintenance Engineer Salary : £45,000 - £50,000 Shift : Earlies and Lates (Double Days) Location : Broomfield, Chelmsford I'm recruiting on behalf of a leading FMCG manufacturer seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their established engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast‑paced, growing business where every day brings a new challenge. In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping all plant machinery running efficiently through both reactive and planned maintenance. You'll carry out mechanical and electrical repairs, respond promptly to breakdowns, support PPM activities, work closely with production to drive continuous improvement, and ensure all maintenance is completed safely and to company standards.
