Job Description Due to increased workload and new client engagements across the public and private sectors, we have an opportunity for a Senior Procurement Consultant to join our growing Contract Services team in the UK. Successful candidates will: Work with large‑scale, flagship projects across the country. Deliver advice that makes a real difference. Challenge themselves in a market‑leading global business. Advance their career in an entrepreneurial, motivated, and growing team. Partner with specialist procurement and contract consultants. Main Expectations Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to public and private sector clients. Manage and collaborate with a team on end‑to‑end procurement services for major projects or programmes. Support the development of procurement services at T&T. Assist business development and marketing of Contract Services. Contribute to team and wider business targets. Support bid preparation and proposal documentation to enhance the team’s win rate. Qualifications Experience leading and/or supporting strategic procurement projects. Strong background in tender preparation and development of key documents. Experience in supplier engagement activities, from market engagement to contract award. Cross‑sector experience with public utilities or equivalent. Familiarity with standard form contracts including NEC and JCT. Working towards or willing to pursue MCIP accreditation. Preferable degree in construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, law or procurement. Preferable experience in defence, utilities, or infrastructure sectors. Valid (or reinstatable) Security Clearance (SC). Skills Develop procurement strategy for projects or programmes. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement. Understanding of commercial principles and modelling. Deliver strategy and develop documentation in capital projects or programmes. Behaviours Adaptability and personal responsibility. Confidence and independence with minimal supervision. Ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders. Collaborative mindset with team leadership capabilities.
