We have worked hard to ensure that our teams have opportunities for progression and the opportunity to work closely with and learn from industry experts.ResponsibilitiesServe as the lead spokesperson for web development, ensuring best-practice standards are upheld across all brand and client websites.Enhance user experience and oversee ongoing technical website maintenance for UKExpertDigital clients, including email functionality.Create high-quality wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes, ensuring visually engaging and fully responsive website layouts.Configure and customise WordPress themes across client sites, and support ongoing CMS updates.Produce detailed weekly reports outlining progress, insights, and continuous improvement initiatives.Develop and implement comprehensive CRO strategies across multiple represented brands.Build and improve internal portals to strengthen HR processes and project management workflows.Apply and maintain SEO best practices throughout all web development activities.Communicate clearly with the marketing team and clients to interpret briefs, manage expectations, and set realistic deadlines.Prioritise and schedule content and development requests to ensure timely delivery and adherence to internal deadlines.Stay informed on emerging digital trends and technologies, sharing key updates with the team and implementing relevant advancements.About You2 years’ experience in web development for a marketing agencyProficient in WordPress, with the ability to manage and customise themes effectively.Skilled in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Sketch.Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and principles.Demonstrated experience and understanding of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).Excellent written English, with good grammar and attention to detail.Eager to learn, grow, and develop your specialist skills.Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.Possess a strong creative flair and attention to aesthetic detail.Excellent communication skills and effective time-management abilities.Exceptional ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload efficiently.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionEngineering and Information TechnologyIndustriesLegal Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
