You’ll be out on the road delivering quality goods on time and in an efficient manner, with a focus on customer care.You’ll be on the road in all weather, but you’ll be supported by automated technology that pre-plans your route and pre-loads your van. Shifts involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays, with pay premiums that increase average earnings.What you will doYour role as a Customer Service Team Member (Delivery Driver) is to deliver top quality products on time and in a friendly, efficient manner, contributing to a positive customer experience.All breaks are paid, and you will receive pay for your time while working. You may be asked to participate in site tours and question-and-answer sessions as part of the recruitment process and checks that may include a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS).Contract and scheduleContract Type: PermanentContract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)Contracted days: You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7, with 8‑hour shifts. Further information will be provided during pre-boarding.Shifts: AM & PM. Start times may be as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 00:00. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.Pay Structure: Lunar paid (paid every 4 weeks on a monthly schedule).Hourly Pay Rate (basic and premiums):Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate): £12.72Evening Premium (from 6pm): £1.12Sunday Day Premium: £1.27Sunday Evening Premium: £2.50Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Day Shift): £15.90Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift): £17.30All your breaks are paid, meaning you are paid for every minute at work.RequirementsYou don’t need any previous experience; just bring yourself and a positive attitude. Training will be provided.Driving Licence requirements:Full UK or EU driving licenceMinimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months desirable)Maximum of 6 penalty pointsNo driving disqualifications in the past 5 yearsSome deliveries involve handling alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.
