Are you an experienced commercial insurance professional with a passion for client retention and team leadership?
We’re seeking a Commercial Renewals Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end renewal process for a thriving commercial division based in Orpington.
In this role, you’ll oversee a portfolio of business clients, ensuring renewals are managed efficiently, accurately, and with a focus on customer satisfaction. You’ll collaborate closely with account executives, underwriters, and operational teams to deliver competitive terms and maintain high retention levels.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the full renewal cycle for commercial clients.
Coordinate with internal teams and brokers to secure the best possible renewal outcomes.
Lead and mentor the renewals team, ensuring consistency and compliance.
Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth or process improvement.
Enhance the client journey by developing initiatives that improve efficiency and service quality.
Act as an escalation point for complex or high-value renewals.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in renewals, retention, or client management – insurance experience is a MUST.
Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and renewal processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
A proactive, results-driven leader who can motivate teams and deliver exceptional client outcomes.What’s on Offer
