The Opportunity The Influencer Marketing Assistant will support the planning and execution of Rodial’s influencer activity, including gifting programmes, paid influencer partnerships, content coordination, and PR events. This role is operational, detail-focused, and essential to scaling our influencer programme and maintaining strong creator relationships within the luxury beauty space. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who has at least one year’s experience in influencer marketing and a strong interest in beauty, content, and social media. Please note we work 4 days a week from our office in W11 and Fridays from home. Key Responsibilities Support daily influencer gifting and seeding initiatives Manage influencer lists, and database updates Coordinate product send-outs and track deliveries Support scouting and identifying new creators aligned to brand positioning Maintain influencer address lists, interest logs, and seeding pipelines Paid Partnerships & Contracts Support execution of paid influencer campaigns Prepare and issue briefs, agreements, and usage documentation Assist with budget oversight, deliverable tracking, and timelines Follow up with talent agents to ensure timely posting Content Coordination Organise UGC and influencer content for internal use Save, file, tag and manage content in shared folders Assist in capturing content behind the scenes and at events Support basic video filming and editing for social media content PR & Events Support Assist with PR send-outs and VIP gifting moments Support press and influencer events, logistics, and guest lists Maintain PR and influencer databases Reporting & Organisation Update trackers and weekly performance logs Report on post activity, engagement and content delivery Maintain organised systems, spreadsheets, and internal documents To be successful in this role you will have the following: Minimum 1 year experience in influencer marketing, PR, or talent management within beauty or luxury fields Strong organisational and administrative experience Experience coordinating influencer gifting or paid creator content Experience supporting paid influencer partnerships, including briefing content and assisting with contracts Understanding of influencer landscape, ideally with contacts across creators and agencies Proficiency in managing influencer databases and spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram creator formats and trends Detail-oriented, reliable and proactive Positive, collaborative, and adaptable Confident communicator via email and social platforms Strong work ethic and ability multitask in a fast-paced environment Passion for beauty, social media, and influencer culture High level of attention to detail Excellent prioritisation and time management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
