Due to an Internal Promotion, we are looking for a Contracts Officer to join our busy and fast-paced team. This is a varied and critical role within the business, from supporting proposals through to customer support and ensuring high-quality contractual agreements with our clients and partners. Collaborating with diverse teams across the business including business development, programmes, engineering and operations. What you will do: Contributing to the development of Customer proposals, actively collaborating with Business Development, Programme Management and Engineering cross-functional bid teams to understand contractual and project delivery requirements and highlight commercial risks and mitigations. Be the Commercial focal point in bid review meetings and for contractual support during delivery and support. Draft, review, and finalise Customer agreements Collaborate with other disciplines within the workstream and leadership to negotiate and finalise contracts. Actively review processes to improve efficiency and quality Coordination of Due diligence information We are seeking a proactive, organised, and commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will: Bring experience of all types of contractual bid support, contracting and subcontracting in an international environment, including but not limited to teaming agreements, NDAs and licence agreements. Possess a strong understanding of commercial principles and programme delivery risk in an international environment. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with colleagues across all functions. Demonstrate strong understanding of risk identification and management, have analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Sharepoint and PowerPoint. Security Clearance: Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained for this role.
