Inclusive Learning Advisor (SEND) (EL144s) Salary: £29,838 - £32,579 (per annum) Contract Type: Fixed term until 26 June 2026 Hours: 37 hours per week Location: Crewe Campus Key Responsibilities Provide direct inclusive support for a caseload of students with SEND and / or inclusion needs and support their achievement, attendance and retention at College; Undertake pre-entry assessments and regular reviews of students; Liaise with College staff in the planning of appropriate support for learners with SEND, including special examination arrangements and careers advice; Produce SEND support plans; Lead on EHCP consultations and annual reviews. Key Person Specification Requirements Degree or equivalent; Level 2 or equivalent in English and Maths; Evidence of ongoing professional development; Experience of working in a learning support capacity; Good working knowledge of students with SEND and / or inclusion needs; Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion in work and the learning environment; Excellent knowledge of safeguarding procedures; Ability to develop positive working relationships; Benefits Access to world‑class facilities Access to new qualifications to support your career in education such as short online courses in areas below.
