The role As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll manage complex projects and operate at an advanced level, supporting a well-established Nuclear Defence Project. Day To Day, You’ll Be responsible for all aspects of project delivery to desired time, cost and quality constraints Establish and maintain governance arrangements for the delivery of the project, defining clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities Deliver world‑class performance through employee engagement, continuous improvement and implementing the latest technology Lead on Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality within the project Plan and control finances as a means of driving performance This role is offered on a full‑time permanent basis and consists of a 37‑hour working week. Hybrid working arrangements are available with 2‑3 days onsite, based in Warrington, Cheshire. Essential Experience Of The Senior Project Manager Relevant experience within a Senior Project Management role Extensive experience of Earned Value Management (EVM) Awareness of various contracting methodologies (e.g. FIDIC/NEC3, NEC4/JCT) Full project lifecycle experience from bid phase through to close‑out Qualifications For The Senior Project Manager We value difference and don’t have a fixed idea when it comes to background or education, provided you can show the required level of experience we would like to hear from you.
